The Parker Pen Pavilion
is one of the surviving legacies of the 1964-1965 New York World's
Fair. Following the close of the Fair in October, 1965, the Parker
Pavilion was dismantled and shipped to Lodge of the Four Seasons
in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri where it became an outdoor shelterhouse
on the grounds of the resort.
Mark Brown, whose family
owns Lodge of the Four Seasons, reports that the pavilion,
purchased by his Grandfather, has since been enclosed and now
houses offices for the Executive and Accounting Departments of
the lodge.
