In 1964 this building was the Pavilion of Fine Art.

In 1965 this building was the Bargreen Buffet.

Ground was broken, the pavilion constructed but never occupied by Argentina. The Argentine pavilion housed a display of Fine Art sponsored by the Long Island Art Center in 1964. The pavilion was leased by the Bargreen organization who operated a cafeteria-style restaurant in the building called Bargreen Buffet during the 1965 Season.
